While we are headquartered in NY, our products are sourced all over the country and also internationally. We do try and source locally whenever possible.

See something you like but wish it was in a different color? Want to customize an item with a name? For any customization requests, please contact us directly at info@thepickleballgift.com with any custom requests.

Shipping

Most of our products ship within 1-4 days. As soon as your goodies are ready to ship, you will receive an email to let you know it's on its way!

Yes, we do ship internationally. There is an additional charge for international shipping.

Express Delivery is available for all states within the US mainland. Please note that for Alaska and Hawaii, standard delivery is currently the only available option.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, Discover), Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

Returns

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept returns and exchanges if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
